Delivery Policy

1. Project Timelines

As a digital agency, we do not ship physical goods. Our "delivery" refers to the handover of digital assets, source code, and live server deployments. Estimated delivery timelines will be explicitly stated in your project proposal.

2. Milestones and Revisions

Large projects are divided into milestones (e.g., Design Approval, Alpha Build, Final Launch). At each milestone, digital assets will be presented to you for review via private staging servers or Figma links. Delays in client feedback may proportionately delay the final delivery date.

3. Final Handover

Upon final approval and receipt of the remaining balance, LinkMyTech will deploy the project to the live production server. Alternatively, we will transfer the source code via GitHub/ZIP file and hand over all relevant administrative credentials.

4. Post-Launch Support

Following the final delivery (go-live date), we provide a standard 14-day bug-fix warranty window to resolve any technical issues directly related to our delivered code.
