Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of custom digital services (web development, design, SEO), our work is tailored specifically to your business. Therefore, we generally do not offer full refunds once work has commenced.

2. Upfront Deposits

Most projects require a non-refundable upfront deposit to secure a slot in our production schedule and cover initial discovery and planning phases. If you cancel a project before any coding or design work has begun, we may refund the deposit at our discretion, minus any transaction fees.

3. Project Cancellation

If you choose to terminate a project while it is in progress, you will be billed for the hours worked and materials completed up to the date of cancellation. Any surplus from the deposit or previous payments will be refunded.

4. Maintenance & Subscriptions

For ongoing maintenance, hosting, or SEO retainers, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
