2. Services and Deliverables

LinkMyTech provides web development, design, and SEO services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal provided to the client prior to project commencement.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in the project proposal. Typically, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or defined milestones. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website code, designs, and content) created specifically for them. LinkMyTech retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Revisions and Modifications

Projects include a predefined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope feature requests will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
